Edmund Optics is expanding its optics offering to include variants specifically designed for extreme ultraviolet (EUV). This product expansion includes, for example, dichroic filters for EUV that can be used for high harmonic generation (HHG) as well as the ever-growing number of related applications such as coherent diffractive imaging (CDI), EUV lithography, nanomaterials processing, and ultrashort attosecond pulse generation. With the rapid availability of the optics, optics integrators can avoid the otherwise long lead times associated with the production of EUV optics.
