Unfortunately, the coronavirus currently has the trade fair landscape firmly under its control. Almost daily, we receive reports of new cancellations or postponements of a trade fair. After Embedded World could just about be held, even though a large number of large exhibitors had already cancelled their participation at short notice, Metav, Hannover Messe and Logimat, for example, have now had to be completely cancelled or postponed due to the virus. It is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to get in touch with their customers, as the sales representatives are also finding it difficult to arrange appropriate appointments with their customers.
