At Laser World of Photonics Excelitas / PCO / Qioptiq presented a multispectral VIS-NIR-SWIR microscope setup which enables the separation or classification of samples with different spectral fingerprints. The system is built of a Linos X 95 system with LEDs from SSL to generate multi color illumination for the samples.
The Optem SWIR microscope captures images of the samples which are acquired by the pco.pixelfly 1.3 SWIR camera which is sensitive from 400 to 1700nm. A specially developed PCO software allows the recording of the multi-color images, their preparation and multi-component analysis.
