The Eosens Creation 2.0CXP camera by Mikrotron allows engineers to embed custom IP (image processing) algorithms into its programmable Xilinx Kintex UltraScale FPGA. The FPGA processes video streams at the edge up to 5 GB/s, therefore reducing network congestion, latencies, and CPU workloads while improving response times. Equipped with a LUX19HS 2Mpix CMOS sensor, the camera is capable of streaming video at 1920×1080 resolution images at 2240fps, or a maximum 170.575fps at lower resolutions, when utilizing all four CXP lanes.
247MP CMOS by Sony
Sony recently released a 247MP rolling shutter CMOS image sensor available in monochrome (IMX811-AAMR) and color (IMX811-AAQR) variants which have a 64.84mm diagonal, a square pixel array, as well as 5.3fps.
