Keyence’s AI vision sensor IV3 automatically determines all image and detection settings with AI specially designed for presence and difference checks. Installation and operation are simple: define the area to be inspected on the object and register at least one OK and one NG image. The sensor includes camera optics, controller and modular lighting. The compact sensor heads support working distances in the range from 50 to 2000mm. In addition, the AI vision sensor has a maximum field of view of 1822x1364mm.
