Imperx announces two new Cheetah cameras: the CXP-C3240 and the SFP-C3240. Both cameras feature the Sony Pregius IMX420 7MP Global Shutter CMOS. The CoaXPress version of the camera delivers up to 152.3fps with dual CXP-6 CoaXPress output with PoCXP. The GigE version achieves 129fps using a 10GigE Version 2.0 interface via SFP+ transceiver. The SFP-C3240 camera’s open SFP+ slot accepts a variety of commercially available SFP transceiver modules, including multi-mode and single mode 10GBase-R fiber and 10GBase-T copper modules.
