Tichawa’s RingCIS (Contact Image Sensor) provides inspection and defect detection for pipes of limited and unlimited length. Different illumination options can be used to visualize defects in both transparent and opaque pipes. With a UV option, the RingCIS can provide magnetic particle crack detection according to DIN9934-1. In addition, it enables 100% inline inspection for fixed and variable diameters as well as 360° all-round visibility.
