Kowa has a new 50MP lens series for sensors up to a diagonal of 32mm in their portfolio. The VM series can be used with sensors up to a pixel size of 3.1µm and is therefore suitable for image sensors like the Sony IMX342, CMosis CMV12000, CMV20000 and CMV50000. The series is available with an M42 mount and TFL mount (M35 mount). The lenses feature a new mechanism for fixing thumbscrews. These are fixed by locking screws so that they do not fall off even under higher loads. Focal lengths of 18, 25 and 35mm are available.
