The new SWIR camera series of Photonfocus cover a spectral range from 900 to 1,700nm. The MV3-D320I-T01-G2 SWIR camera is based on an InGaAs image sensor and comes with a special feature: a unique MROI feature (Multi Region of Interest), which increases the frame rate by selecting up to 128 individual regions to be sent. This makes this series ideal for push-broom hyperspectral systems. With a full well capacity of 3.5Me-, the camera is optimized for high dynamic range and high signal-to-noise ratio applications. For easy integration, the camera is available with GigE or CameraLink interface. The InGaAs global shutter sensor enables high-speed applications with frame rates of up to 344fps.
