Excelitas Qioptiq is presenting two new inspection lenses with a short focal length, expanding its Linos d.fine HR-M series for area scan and line scan applications with large sensors and small pixel sizes by 3.5µm. The lenses ensure consistently high imaging performance over the entire image field and support the magnification range from 0.2x to 0.03x. The HR-M 2.6/50 0.15x enables a working distance of 250mm. High clock rates are achieved with an aperture of 2.6 and the correspondingly high light throughput.
