The high scanning speed and the vibration-isolated and sealed design predestined the iQ-one inspection cell from enigmasoft for 100% inline quality control. Inside the cell, the component to be inspected is digitized stationary on all sides by robot-guided 3D scanners. Additional rotation axes of the 3D scanners ensure that even the most complex cast and structural components can be scanned and inspected without shadowing. The joining of the partial images to form a complete 3D model and the execution of inspection and measurement tasks is performed in parallel to the scan, which makes the high inspection speeds possible.
