The high-end scanner FreeScan Trio from Shining 3D uses 98 laser lines to scan detailed workpieces without reference points. Three high-resolution 5MP industrial cameras capture a variety of workpieces of different shapes, colors and sizes in a very short time. The scanner records 3.010.000 points/sec with a field of view of 650x580mm. There is also a single line mode with seven parallel laser lines for fine details and one with 26 crossed laser lines. In combination with reference points, these modes achieve an accuracy of up to 0.02mm. Photogrammetry mode reduces volume accuracy to 0.02mm + 0.015mm/m.
