Allied Vision has announced two new cameras in the Goldeye XSWIR series. These enable detection of wavelengths down to 1.9 or 2.2µm with high quantum efficiencies using special InGaAs sensor technology. Integrated two-stage sensor cooling (TEC2) and various on-board image correction functions help visualize specific spectral features. The G/CL-034 has a resolution of 636×508 pixels and achieves up to 303fps, while the G/CL-008 version has a resolution of 320×256 pixels with 344fps.
