With the Lucon2, Gefasoft launches a new version of the precision light controller with current and voltage regulation for controlling LED lighting for ideal illumination of objects in machine vision applications. The modular master/slave architecture allows flexible use in a wide range of applications. The lighting can be operated continuously or in flash mode. In the latter, up to 5μs short flashes with currents of up to 20A are possible. Configuration is done via an integrated web page. An Ethernet connection as well as an automatic error detection are integrated in the device.
