The infrared camera with microscope optics from AT – Automation Technology was developed for the inspection of electronic components. Until now, detailed analyses in the micrometer range could usually only be performed with cooled IR cameras. With the help of the microscope optics, a resolution of up to 10µm is possible at a distance of 12mm to the object. The camera can be used in a temperature range from -35° to +55°C.
