Micro Epsilon’s 3DInspect software tool is now available in version 3.0. The most important new feature is the enhanced surface inspection functionality. This makes it possible to detect and evaluate surface deviations from a homogeneous surface. Other new features include shape deduction using trend deduction, digital whetstone, and digital master, as well as sorting and counting of elevations and depressions.
