Overview AI launched OV Spark (1.2MP) and OV Spark Pro (5MP), a new line of AI inspection cameras (70x116x53mm) with an agentic layer that answers questions in plain English, allowing anyone, regardless of vision experience, to create an inspection recipe on their own. The camera ships with ten inspection tools that can be mixed and matched in a single recipe. Seven are deep learning AI models and the other three are ready to inspect out of the box, with the option to add images when an inspection needs training. The recipe, model training, inference, judgment, PLC communication, image library, and the operator HMI all continue to run on the camera itself.
