Nikon introduces three new models in the Voxls series of X-ray CT systems. The 30 series is specifically designed for users looking for an automation-capable system. The 30 C 225, 30 C 320 and 30 C 450 models have maximum source energies of 225, 320 and 450kV, respectively. The centerpiece is a granite-based, metrologically high-quality manipulator that is coupled with rigid steel towers that form a thermally stable and solid construction. The systems have motorized radiation protection doors that can be opened and closed in less than 5 seconds and can accommodate objects with a diameter of up to 1,000mm and a height of 1,370mm inside the housing.
