The ultra high-speed detector of Hamamatsu universal streak camera C16910 series captures light emission phenomena occurring in extremely short time periods and has an temporal resolution of less than 800fs. It achieves an extinction ratio of 108 or more by using the MCP gate and the photocathode gate together. The camera is a general-purpose model capable of measuring variety of phenomena from single-shot to high repetition, by combining sweep and function expansion units. The company offers a range of photocathodes to match the desired spectral response.
