The new VIS-SWIR camera by PCO has a InGaAs sensor and a sensitivity form 400 to 1700nm and pixel sizes of 5×5µm. Due to its small pixels the camera enables the use of small magnification optics in microscopy and a low dark current to enable long exposure times and has a peak QE of 90%. At maximum frame rate the camera has 71.5fps (12bit) at 1280×1024 pixels.
