Teledyne Vision Solutions erweitert die AXIS-Familie vollständig integrierter Bildaufnahmemodule für Zeilenscan-Anwendungen. Grundlage sind Multi-Line-CMOS-Sensoren, die hohe Bildqualität liefern: Monochrom erreicht bis zu 80 kHz Zeilenrate bei 14 µm Pixelgröße, für Farbinspektion stehen drei RGB-Zeilen mit bis zu 60 kHz bei 28 µm Pixelgröße bzw. 900 dpi zur Verfügung. Teledyne Vision Solutions expands the AxCis family of fully integrated imaging modules for line-scan imaging. The modules are now available with resolutions of up to 1,800dpi and lengths of up to 1,500mm. Based on Teledyne’s multi-line CMOS image sensors, AxCis delivers high image quality with monochrome line rates of up to 80kHz at a pixel size of 14µm. For color inspection tasks, the system outputs three RGB lines with line rates of up to 60kHz at a pixel size of 28µm, or a resolution of 900dpi.
