With Ready-to-Integrate (RTI), VMT now offers reproducible systems that don’t require re-specification for every project. The first product is VMT BeadMap. This enables inline quality assurance of adhesive and sealing seams and checks parameters such as the position, geometry, continuity, and volume of bead material. The 3D system is installed as a stationary inline inspection station on production lines and is immediately operational without prior teach-in or connection to robot or axis controllers. Depending on the object size, three variants with working areas of 500, 1,000, and 2,000mm are available.
