Micro-Epsilon erweitert sein Confocal-Portfolio um die Dual-Channel-Controller Confocal DT IFC2412 und IFC2417 sowie die Sensor-Systeme IFD2410/2415 mit Ethernet-Datenausgang. Durch integrierte Rechenfunktionen ermöglichen die Controller eine zweiseitige Dickenmessung mit nur einem Gerät. Der kompakte IFC2412 bietet zwei Kanäle mit bis zu 8 kHz Abtastrate und einer Auflösung bis 2 nm, während der IFC2417 mit 25 kHz arbeitet und Multi-Peak-Messungen über bis zu fünf Schichten erlaubt. Eine aktive Belichtungssteuerung der CCD-Zeile sorgt bei beiden Modellen für stabile Messergebnisse auch auf schwierigen Oberflächen. Zudem wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Audioaufnahme KI-gestützt erstellt und von TIDOVerlag bereitgestellt wurde.

Dual-Channel Controllers for Confocal Measurements
Micro-Epsilon expands its confocal product portfolio with the confocalDT IFC2412 and IFC2417 dual-channel controllers and the IFD2410/2415 sensor systems with Ethernet data output. Thanks to integrated computing functions, the dual-channel controllers enable two-sided thickness measurement with a single controller. The compact IFC2412 offers two channels with an adjustable sampling rate of 8kHz and a resolution of up to 2nm. The IFC2417 operates at a sampling rate of 25kHz and also enables multi-peak measurements with up to five layers. Active exposure control of the CCD array ensures stable measurement results in both models, even on challenging surfaces.
