Heliotis heliCam lock-in camera enables fast and massively parallel dual-phase demodulation of optical signals. The camera features a custom-designed CMOS image sensor (heliSens), which is equipped with smart pixel technology and integrates analog signal processing into each pixel. The lock-in camera solves two main problems of conventional image sensors for lock-in applications: frame rate limitations and insufficient dynamic range. The latter interferes with signal acquisition at large offset values and low modulation amplitude. The heliCam C3 & C4 cameras allow massively parallel lock-in measurements and capture modulated optical signals in amplitude and phase up to a demodulation frequency of 250kHz.
247MP CMOS by Sony
Sony recently released a 247MP rolling shutter CMOS image sensor available in monochrome (IMX811-AAMR) and color (IMX811-AAQR) variants which have a 64.84mm diagonal, a square pixel array, as well as 5.3fps.
