The new pyrometer models of the CT, CTlaser, CTratio, and CSvision series, as well as the Ethernet-based infrared cameras of the Xi series (ETH) from Optris, are now equipped with modern network protocols. Common industrial protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, and Modbus TCP are supported. The Industrial Ethernet interface modules are easily integrated into the CT electronics. Installation is via a 4-pin D-coded socket with IP67 protection and standardized industrial network cables. Preconfigured EDS and GSD files are available for commissioning.
