Ametek Land offers furnace chamber thermographic cameras, with matched spectral and temperature ranges, for continuous and high-resolution monitoring of the furnace interior, kiln charge, lining, and burner status. The systems produce fully radiometric video and numerous temperature measurement ranges, points and profiles within the cameras’ wide field of view, through a small aperture in the furnace wall. The spectral range around 1µm is most suitable for furnaces with gas burners and reformer furnaces, while the range around 3.9µm is ideal for luminous flames with soot particles and smoke.
