PVA TePla’s VEpioneer Micro is the world’s first fully integrated onebutton bench-top Hyperspectral Vision system for microscopic inspection (Wavelength range VNIR: 400-1000nm, SWIR: 900 – 1700nm, Spectral resolution VNIR: 1.34nm, SWIR: 3.5nm). It captures surface properties, detects thin films, and identifies deviations from production specifications.
