The three models in Keyence’s SR-5000 series of stationary code readers can capture a wide range of codes quickly and reliably. The code reader combines a large field of view with high depth of field and reading speeds. Thanks to a 16.8MP sensor and 192 LEDs, the SR-5000 series is suitable for long reading distances. The multi-core CPU also allows codes to be captured, decoded and transmitted at high speed. Conveyor belt speeds of up to 200 m/min are possible. The SR-X code reader with AI enables even difficult-to-read codes to be reliably detected. Using the built-in link system, the code readers can exchange code information, allowing damaged codes to be continuously reconstructed and decoded.
