Sick expands its Ruler3000 family with the launch of three compact cameras, as well as an additional mid-range variant. The 3D cameras Ruler3002, 3004 and 3010 now span fields of view between 26.6 and 1,680mm, down to heights of 0.8µm.
The addition of a blue 3R laser gives the three smaller cameras the rapid exposure times necessary to capture the tiniest 3D details. The mid-range Ruler 3060 has a FoV 740mm. A new patent-pending Surface+ technology reveals even the tiniest scratch on smooth, shiny metal surfaces. All cameras achieve up to 46kHz and up to 7000 full-frame 3D profiles/s.
