Werth Messtechnik presented the VideoCheck HA and the VideoCheck UA at Control. With length measurement deviations from MPE Euni up to (0.25 + L/900) µm or (0.15 + L/2000) µm, they are, according to the manufacturer, the world’s most precise multi-sensor coordinate measuring systems. In the patented Raster Scanning HD operating mode, individual images recorded during movement are superimposed to form a high-resolution overall image. For example, large plates with thousands of small holes can be measured automatically. The overall image has a resolution of up to 20,000MP (approx. 140,000×140,000 pixels with a pixel size of 5µm).
