Optris new spot finder infrared camera Xi 1M has a large temperature measuring range of 450 up to 1800°C and is perfectly suited for applications in the metal industry. Spot finder IR cameras combine the advantages of IR cameras and IR thermometers and measure the temperatures for each pixel. The new camera has a highly dynamic CMOS sensor with a resolution of 396×300 pixels, a spectral range of 0.85 to 1.1m and identify the maximum temperature within the image at 20Hz. With a manual motorized focus, the image can be quickly focused using the supplied software.
