Tichawa Vision´s RingCIS belongs to the Profile Scan family. It enables the image acquisition and thus the machine quality control and error detection for tubes of limited and unlimited length. Different lighting options can be used to make defects visible in both transparent and opaque tubes. The RingCIS can also enable magnetic particle crack detection according to DIN 9934-1 with a UV option. Advantages are its 100% in-line inspection for fixed and variable diameters, its easy retrofitting and its 360° all-round visibility.
