The STM32N6 is based on the ArmR CortexR-M55 running at 800MHz. It is the first STM32 microcontroller with STMicroelectronics’ own NPU, the Neural-ART Accelerator, clocked at 1GHz and offering up to 600GOPS with an average power efficiency of 3-TOPS/W. It has multiple camera interfaces and its own image signal processor (ISP) and combines this with an NPU. 4.2MB of internal memory increases performance for both AI and graphics.
