The OCR Upgrade Module adds additional functionality to di-soric’s nVision-i image processing software starting with version 24.2. Licenses extend the CS-60 vision sensor with additional tools such as measuring and reading 1D and 2D codes, or the ID-600 ID reader with reading difficult-to-read DPM codes. The UP-OCR License adds text localization, text recognition, and character counting to the sensor. The OCR function allows the sensor to read various fonts. To activate the upgrade, simply transfer the license file to the sensor using the nVision-i start interface.
