Baumer’s OX series smart 2D profile sensors analyze height profiles using an integrated and further expanded toolset, enabling cost-effective solutions for a wide range of demanding inspection and positioning tasks. Required results are determined directly within the sensor through on-board data processing. Profile data can be captured with a precision of up to 5µm in the Z-axis and a resolution of up to 30µm in the X-axis. A live view of the measurement tasks allows users to instantly verify and optimize sensor settings.
