The Inspector83x 2D vision sensor from Sick is ready for immediate use and, thanks to AI, is suitable for inline inspection tasks in demanding high-speed applications. The sensor’s teach-in functions enable even laypeople to configure powerful AI inspections at full production speed. Initial inspections can be set up within a few minutes. The camera only needs a few samples. Different designs and batches with variations can be added by the production line operators in the same way. The 5MP sensor has integrated lighting and can execute AI directly internally thanks to a quad-core CPU.
