Scanning packages ranging in sizes from two to 200mm at conveyor speeds of 1m/s is possible with Chromasens allPixa pro 4K line scan camera thanks to its trigger function. Also, when a 35mm lens with a fixed f-stop is used, the camera’s 200dpi resolution is maximized for improved mechanical stability. The clear plastic in envelope windows produces reflections and glare, which are eliminated by the interchangeable polarizer lens filter. The camera is a trilinear CCD-based color linescan camera with a maximum line rate of 50.8kHz at 4096×3 pixel resolution. The trilinear CCD sensor technology offers high color accuracy and the ability to capture into the NIR waveband.
