Matrix Vision expands the GigE Vision cameras of the mvBlueCougar family with the UV-sensitive global shutter CMOS sensor IMX487 by Sony. The 8.1MP sensor with a high sensitivity in the UV range from 200 to 400nm is available in the GigE camera series mvBlueCougar-X as well as in the 10GigE version XT. In the GigE version, the camera achieves 25fps at full resolution while up to 147fps is possible in the 10GigE version. First samples of the cameras are already available and the products will be available from July 2022.
