The protective housings of the new Stingray series by AutoVimation offer all-round protection with a low dead weight for camera types up to 75x75mm cross-section. Due to the spacious housing profile, the format is suitable for linescan cameras as well as other larger camera types that are too large for Orca series housings, such as Allied Vision Bonito Pro or Teledyne Flir A6xx series thermal imaging cameras. For sensors in the infrared wavelength range, there is a choice of BK7 or acrylic glasses up to ~2000nm and beyond that sapphire and germanium discs.
