Excelitas complements its Optem Fusion microscopy platform with a motorized focus, LED illumination components and a plug-and-play controller with a graphical user interface. The controller supports two optical axes and can control multiple focus/zoom modules or focus and zoom in parallel, as well as illuminators and other components.
An SDK enables programming of micro-inspection systems. Configurable I/O ports allow the controller to be expanded for additional modules such as autofocus, adjustable objectives, distance meters or the Fetura+ high-speed zoom.
