Fuchs inspection systems can replace a lack of skilled personnel in manual visual inspection with sophisticated inspection sensor technology. The product range extends from easy-to-use camera sensors to complex multi-inspection devices. The current innovation ToolChecker consists of an in-house development, which is characterized by simple operation and robustness against environmental influences and extraneous light. The resolution is already 12MP in the basic version, which allows a high test resolution or large test fields. Specifically designed for this series are the newly developed lighting elements, which are synchronized directly with the camera. The system is rounded off with a suitable HDMI touch panel for visualization of the production.
