AllRounDia DualVision from Pixargus inspects the contour and surface of hoses, tubes and cables. The small-budget system requires virtually no adjustment. Whether the illumination or the camera angle – the system adjusts itself. The product files are configured at the factory. The illumination concept ensures a homogeneous illumination and measurement field, so that even deviations and material defects that are difficult to detect, such as cracks, inclusions, color spots and high-contrast defects from 0.5mm, are reliably detected. The system is designed for round products with a diameter of up to 40mm and is available as a stand-alone or with a carrier frame.
