Corning erweitert seine Varioptic-CC-Serie um das C‑Mount-Objektiv CC39‑N01120 mit elektronisch steuerbarer Flüssiglinse. Das Objektiv besitzt eine Brennweite von 12 mm, ist für große Bildsensoren bis 1,1 Zoll ausgelegt und benötigt lediglich eine DC‑Stromversorgung, da die Ansteuerelektronik integriert ist. Die Fokussteuerung erfolgt wahlweise über RS‑232, I2C oder SPI. Damit umfasst die 20MAPHR‑C‑Mount-Produktlinie nun vier Varianten mit 12, 16, 25 und 35 mm.
Corning Varioptic’s C-C-Series C-C-39N0-A1-120 is an electronically focus controllable C-Mount objective, based on the A-39N0 Variable Focus Lens. It incorporates all necessary electronic components to drive the lens, and just needs a DC power supply. Focus can be controlled through either an RS232, I²C or SPI input. With a 12mm EFL, and compatible with 1.1″ sensors, it is specifically designed for large image sensor. This brings the 20MP C-mount product line to four options (12, 16, 25 and 35mm).
