The two Managing Directors of Allied Vision, Andreas Gerk (l.) and Peter Tix (m.), have decided to re-structure their responsibilities within the company. Andreas Gerk will hold responsibility for the area Product Porfolio, R&D and Operations. Peter Tix will hold responsibility as new CEO for the area Sales, Business, & Finance. He takes over the CEO role from Andreas Gerk. Henrik Ilsby (r.) has been appointed CCO. In this role, he will lead the sales organization in the different territories Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA. He will continue to be responsible for his current role as CCO of SVS-Vistek.
