The Supervisory Board of Stemmer Imaging has appointed Uwe Kemm (pictured) to the Management Board of the company with effect from April 1, 2020. As a member of the Management Board (COO), he will in future be responsible for the further development and implementation of important initiatives within the framework of the corporate strategy, in addition to operational organizational units. At the same time, Martin Kersting (CTO) has resigned from the Board of Management for personal reasons as of March 31, 2020 and is leaving the company at his own request. He will remain associated with Stemmer Imaging in an active advisory capacity.
