Together with welding specialist Fronius, Vitronic releases the Weldloop software solution. For the first time, test data and welding process data can be linked and displayed together. The data correlations and special evaluation tools mean that the causes of faults can be identified and eliminated more effectively than before. However, the prerequisite for use is the Viro WSI automatic inspection unit, which inspects each weld using 3D image processing and records the data. The software is already being used by pilot customers, including a major automotive manufacturer.
