Carl Zeiss: Changes in the Executive Board
On 24 September, the Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss AG resolved changes to the Management Board. Dr. Karl Lamprecht (photo) will become the new Chairman of the Executive Board as of April 1, 2020.

He succeeds Prof. Dr. Michael Kaschke, who will not renew his contract, which will expire next year, after ten years in office. Dr. Markus Weber, who currently heads the Research Microscopy Solutions business unit, has also been appointed as a new member of the Management Board.
