The APDIS Intelligent Quality Stations with Nikon’s Laser Radar were developed for the fully automatic inspection of body shells and components. They measure 6x faster than a conventional CMM, can be installed directly in the production environment and can be optimized with little programming effort. The stations are for measuring everything from smaller components to entire vehicles. The R series, for example, offers compact installations for smaller components such as e.g. B. Car doors. The DR series has been specially developed for the measurement and testing of entire vehicle bodies.
