Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik presents the PMS 600 3D multisensor coordinate measuring machine in a 5-axis version featuring an advanced multisensor measuring head, enabling the measurement of complex workpieces even in a production-floor environment. The machine offers a Z-axis measuring range of 400mm. The Renishaw SP25 tactile scanning probe is optimally complemented by the PH10M indexing head and/or a chromatic confocal white-light sensor. Standard equipment includes ‘Virtual Zoom’ functionality powered by a 24.6MP camera. A fully integrated rotary-tilt axis mounted on the measuring table ensures the ideal positioning for measuring cutting tools. Furthermore, in collaboration with Renishaw, Schneider Messtechnik has integrated tactile roughness measurement capabilities into both the multisensor measuring machine and the company’s proprietary Saphir measurement and analysis software.
