AT Sensor’s MCS High-Power Laser is a high-performance laser module that delivers reliable, high-precision measurements even under extreme conditions. The new sensor is designed specifically for demanding industrial applications where high scan rates, large working distances or scan widths, and challenging lighting conditions – such as direct sunlight – are part of everyday operations. Its newly developed laser unit delivers a maximum optical output of 2.5W, seventeen times more powerful than the standard version. The sensor also supports greater working distances and an wide scan width of up to 2.8m. The module is currently available in four wavelength variants (660, 450, 760, and 808nm).
